This is an appeal from the grant of defendants motions for summary judgment. It denies a widows claim for an additional $202,000 in life insurance benefits alleged to be due under the group life insurance component of the employee benefits plan maintained by her husbands employer. In many ways, it is a rather unfortunate appeal, as neither side attempts to take an unwarranted position. This is not a case of "the good guys win, the bad guys lose." With this said, based upon the following, we affirm the orders of the district court.
